• Full Payment: If you have paid in full for your booking and need to cancel, a 20% cancellation charge will apply if you inform us at least 15 Days before your check-in date.
• Partial Payment: For bookings with partial payment, the booking amount is non-refundable upon cancellation.

2. Modifications

We understand that sometimes your travel plans may require adjustments. You are allowed to modify your booking up to 15 Days before your check-in date (or 7 Days for some hotels), subject to availability and rate changes.

3. No Cancellations on the Day of Check-In

Please note that no cancellations are permitted on the day of check-in. If you need to make changes or cancel your booking on the day of check-in, please contact our customer care center for assistance.
